Asiana Club - Customer Relations Contact ?

Hi all,

I returned from my Asia trip last week and had some mixed experiences... especially defective IFE with a sold out cabin

Does anyone have a contact address for OZ Customer Relations ? The website brings nothing up except the phone numbers for Reservation Offices.

I would actually prefer a snail mail address...

The main North American office is the one in LA. Despite the title of "sales office", they also deal with all customer service issues and with Asiana Club. They will be your best contact.
