Midwest - Downtown Milwaukee parking

Ok, so it's been many years since I lived in Milwaukee so I can't remember what my options are for my question. We're heading up to hit the Milwaukee Irish Fest this weekend and are staying at the Hilton downtown. The hotel's self-park rates are $24/night. $24! I remember parking my car overnight in lots on Water Street for less than $10 in the mid 90's! Anyway, does anyone know of any other parking near the Hilton that is more reasonably priced? Thanks!

I think there's a surface lot across the street from the Hilton that's about $10-12 a night.
