Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Lounge Access/treatment in Sydney

I am travelling in J in September from SYD->HKG and am OW Emerald. I see from the Cathay site that the J/F lounge is Qantas Club. I assume with Emerald, I can get into the F lounge? Is there only one (fantastic) Qantas F lounge in Sydney?

If so, can I get a spa treatment even though I am travelling on Cathay?

I hope some experienced Australia traveller can help, much appreciated.

Yes, you can access the awesome QF F Lounge (I think it's better than CX F Wing/Pier). If you are on the late CX flight, the spa will be closed. If you are there earlier it will be open but they seem to prioritize (and rightfully so) to paid QF F pax. You stand a small chance, but I wouldn't count on it.

I'm OW Emerald and travel from SYD regularly and have never been able to use the Spa in the QF F Lounge when flying on CX. I've had different responses from 'sorry, the Spa is not available to CX passengers' to 'sorry, we're completely booked'. I've been told the former is the truth as CX only pays QF for their passengers to access the lounge but not for access to the Spa.

IMHO - this lounge is one of the best. My top three in the world are this one, the Wing/Pier in HKG, and the Lufthansa First Class Terminal in Frankfurt.

I could spend an hour in ANY of them.
