On VX 71 (the evening departure IAD->SFO) and I logged onto GoGo. Price: $9.95. The lady next to me logged in, and her price: $12.95.

the 9.95 price is supposed to be for flights 3 hours or less. 12.95 for flights longer than 3 hours.

$9.95 could be the portable device price (it's supposed to be cheaper). We're you using an iPhone?

Yeah, was using my laptop. Maybe it was just a glitch.

Is it possible that you activated yours when there were 3 hours or less left to go in the flight?
