Amtrak Guest Rewards - Minor T&C addition regarding point transfers

This new language was inserted in the latest T&C under section E:
10. You must be a member of the partner's program in which you are exchanging Amtrak Guest Rewards Points to and abide by that program's rules and regulations in order to exchange Points to their currency.

Doesn't seem particularly revolutionary, but it's an addition.

Nothing says First-Rate Operation like this, among the clumsiest sentences I've ever read. :p I'm no longer the kind of tyrannical grammar martinet that thinks phrases should not end with prepositions, but draw the line at them both beginning and ending with prepositions. That's the kind of thing for which I will not stand for. :p Maybe change it to 'program into which' and 'Points (omit to) and'. :p

But yeah, as you said, it's neither a change nor a surprise, and almost as contentless as something like
11. 'Amtrak' ends with a 'K'.
