I'm not sure if I understood your question correctly. You can always make a fake booking on finnair.com and the seat map becomes available before payement. Not very easy but not very difficult either.

Making fake or real booking on finnair site does not show real seat availability.

What do you mean? It sure shows the unassigned seats that are free for assignment at the time of booking. I'm not sure if they block some seats for higher status owners etc., but anyway that doesn't really matter. Of course as always getting a seat assignment to 15F does not guarantee that you will sit in that seat during the flight for various reasons.

On the other hand if the original question actually means general availability query instead of unassigned seats then a fake booking or Expertflyer help a lot.

AY definitely block seats closer to the front of the Y cabin to status holders. I've noticed this many times when making reservations with non-status holding colleagues, as I have a much better seat availability than they do.

If the question was about "are there seats available on a given flight and in which booking classes", try the seatcounter service at http://www.seatcounter.com which not only shows AY but also other airlines flying to the destination. You will not see how many seats are available in total as airlines tend to limit the number of seats shown to either 4 or 9 per flight in this system.

I mean that blocked or nonblocked seats are not indicator for load on that flight. It shows only free seats you can block during your reservation but blocked seat can be blocked by AY's system and nobody is going to sit on this seat.
There are also ticketholders without confirmed seat number.
