Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - AMS lounge

Since when have CX moved to the Sakura lounge? I wanted to check the Sakura lounge out on my way to the BA lounge for my BA flight and realized when the dragons told me they were contracted out hence unable to take me.

I wonder if that is right as well, as a OW lounge contracted to a OW airline...

I flew in March 09 and I had to go to the Sakura lounge already. Really not better then BA lounge. Nearly no food!!!
