Fairmont President's Club - What's going on at Royal York Labour Day?

Noticed that the Royal York shows no vacancy over the Labour Day weekend. Tried one night and two nights and came up with nothing. Yet surrounding hotels (IC, King Eddie, Hilton, Hyatt, Sheraton, Pantages....) all show large numbers of available rooms.
Does anyone know if there is some convention going on? I'd rather stay with Fairmonts, but it looks like I may have to switch to one of the others this time around. Unless rooms open up again at the RY?

Oh, never mind. Apparently there is a large convention going on and so rooms are blocked off.
