Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - award chart

could somebody please post a link to this. I tried using the award caluclator but it says to chooses airline and the box is grayed out.

Are you using Firefox? I have the same problem in Firefox. Works fine in IE though. I do wish that Asiamiles would fix their broken website.

Devaluation or revaluation? I think some shorter haul routes are cheaper and certain longer haul routes more expensive.

Though on the face of things it does seem like an overall devaluation....

That is correct. Sorry, should have been clearer. I was referring to the N. America to Asia award, which OP was referring to :
