AirTran Airways A+ Rewards - How long to get A+ Credits on a Frontier flight?

hi i flew on tuesday morning and put my A+ number on the online check in. how long will it take to get my credit? i just need 1 more for the Business class upgrade and i have another Airtran flight in 2 days.

also, my upcoming airtran flight was booked with reward credit (so its O class). is it possible to use a Business class upgrade on this fare class?
