Hi, anyone know if there is a domestic carrier in China that is linked in with Marco Polo Club miles? All I seem to get is Asia Miles on MU and CA when flying and quoting my CX frequent flyer #. I thought MU at least was part of one world like AA was. When flying AA to the US from China I get club miles....what gives?
Thanks a lot if anyone knows.

Come on...have you heard of Google? Honestly a 15 second search on the internet will tell you China Eastern is not part of Oneworld.

QRC3288 thanks for your note. It seems I will just have to miss out on club miles when flying through Mainland China. One World is lagging in China.

I'm not sure if you're working on your KrisFlyer status too, but if so, I think you should credit your CA flights there instead of Asia Miles, then that way at least it counts towards KrisFlyer status...

As a person that flies many Chinese domestic flights I can tell you MU gives you only Asiamiles but not Club miles. Only CX and KA gives you Club Miles.

Thanks.....can you tell me if KrisFlyer uses sectors (like Marco Polo) or is it just in miles? If miles then it is going to need a lot of domestic flights to get that elusive gold status. Without gold there is no lounge access I think.
