Budget - Can my wife pick up my rental car? (same last name)

I had a trip planned with my wife to go to Seattle for 2 weeks. I made a Budget rental car reservation in my name, but due to a family emergency, I'm not sure if I'm going to be able to join her for the first few days.

Can my wife (same last name on driver's license) pick up the car in my name? If I cancel the reservation and rebook under her name, it's going to cost a lot more.
