Finnair Plus - Bizz lounge in Helsinki
I will have a 6 hours free in Helsinki, connecting from JFK to BKK.
Is there a shower service in the bizz lounge?
Is it long enough to go into the city?
Is it easy to go to downtown from the airport?

Never used it, but are is (I believe) a couple of showers in the Long Haul Lounge near Gate 30. Six hours sounds like long enough to easily get into the city and back again.

As House mentions there is a shower or two in the non-Schengen lounge near Gate 30. And if you are traveling from December onwards there will be a spa at the Airport too http://blogs.finnair.com/2009/02/26/spa/ .
I would also recommend going Downtown as the Finnair Bus to the Railway Station takes only 30-40 minutes and the buses leave every 20 minutes. You'll easly have 3-4 hours in Helsinki for a nice lunch/dinner. Please give us some more details on your trip - the flights you're taking and when/which month so we could try to give you some better recommendations.
I believe it's only one shower, on the right as you enter the lounge.

Free sauna at HEL starting December'09? Will it be located in non-Shengen zone of terminal?
I'm planning to be at HEL on December, 20th for 8(!) hours.
Which one Platinum member did they mean? Will I get sauna for free with my AA Plat member card?

Yes it will be in the non-schengen area.
The blog refers to Finnair Platinum, not sure what the rules will be like for OW, perhaps someone else can comment on this... BUT if you are there for 8 hrs you may want to consider it even for a fee, given that you can apparently watch the planes take off from the sauna... at least this is implied by some of the designs that they have been flouting

Sauna and also day rooms are available in the "bunker" with no windows, the Scandic hotel located in the bottom floor of Terminal 2. Six hours may be just shortish to do any significant touring in Helsinki, unless you know the city from earlier visits.

On December 20 you definitely should head to Helsinki. Take Finnair bus to downtown, enjoy the Christmas market in Esplanade Park, walk around in (hopefully) snowy weather and have a nice meal as it's the season for Christmas lunches/dinners. If you have eight hours you could spend 2 hours at the airport spa and 4 hours downtown.

There is one shower in that non-Schengen lounge indeed.

FinnAir Platinum and OW Emeralds. AA Executive Platinum is the equivalent of FinnAir Platinum and it is in regards to this too.
AA Platinum is only OW Sapphire, so you better be hoping that FinnAir Golds get access if you wish to use it too for no charge. Otherwise, pony up with some money, and that will work too.
