Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - Which lounge is best for a disabled traveller?

I have an elderly relative who is flying LHR-HKG-AKL in CX J. Which lounge would be best for her to use, Pier or Wing? Would the CX booked assistance take on their own accord or would she have to ask?

I can't comment on whether or not you'll have to do some extra legwork to get assistance from CX, but about the lounges:

They're both fully accessible for passengers with disabilities. There really shouldn't be any worries with either one, as far as I can see. I think there is a little bit wider avenues for maneuvering at the Wing, but the Pier should be good, too, if not overcrowded. I'd just use whatever lounge is closest to the departure gate.
