I don't really know if the first time stories from the first few days would do much to help VX. On my first flight, Red did not function at all thus the eat function didn't work and nothing quite worked as it should. Since then I have had many other good flights. Perhaps asking for the best experience would have been a better way to go:)

How can Elevate already be near 1 million members? How many total enplanements has VX had since it's been in operation? 5 million maybe?? And certainly not all of them signed up for Elevate. It's sounds like a lot of Elevate members have never flown VX, or maybe only done so for one round-trip.
