What in the world is a guest assistance team?
And why doesn't Hilton expose these wonderous creatures to it's guests? I would welcome some great service from Hilton staff.
Better yet--bring them over to staff the Diamond Desk.....

I'm pretty sure you can always ask for them. They also handle the useless "best rate guarantee" program if I remember correctly.

Well, after eight weeks I still have an open ticket / Guest Case with no reply.
While working my way up, I found another (older) article about Hilton's Guest Assistance Team around Mrs. Shearouse. If these informations are correct, I wonder, if the Hilton proterties / employees are realy so bad that so many complaints have to be handled or do we just complain too much? (watch the number of emails, phone calls, ... !)
