Las Vegas - Booking last minute

So I'm arriving in Vegas on a Thursday morning and flying home Saturday night. I think I'll book my hotel that afternoon or late in the evening. Has anyone gotten really awesome rates by just booking late at night or at the last second either online or in person? I'm looking into staying at Bellagio, Wynn or Caeser's, possibly the Venetian. I've already stayed at PH and so I want to try something different

No significant difference when booking last minute especially since it is a Thursday night which is a slow weekday in Vegas and prices are already low. Suggest you call around, find a couple of properties you are interested in and then go in person and bargain.

I'd suggest you take a look at the meeting site there. You might be able to rule out a few hotels.
