I think London would beat Paris quite comfortably.

Looked at next week's schedule, on most days London has a 744+777+767, while Paris has 777+763+738

Although LON is LHR and LTN whereas PAR is just CDG.
IZ also fly to to CDG, whereas there is no other scheduled Israeli carrier to LON.
Interestingly, LY's fares for a random date are $600 more from LON than CDG.

LHR operated by a 744 (having 408 seats) and a 777 (having 279 seats) totals to 687 seats.
CDG operated by a 777 (having 279 seats) and 762 (having 191 seats, although I realise that the 763 has a bit more than that), and a 738 (having 142 seats) totals 612 seats.

ELAL will still have more capacity from LHR (thats without nearlly a extra 200 seats from LTN) than CDG (although after adding the additional seats availibale on the 763 it's most probaly quite close)

But let's not forget that LY sends also Sun d'Or planes to CDG (if we consider that Sun d'Or is El Al...)

True, although there are days in the winter, where CDG is down to 2 flights and LON stays 3 it varies, but on the whole LHR is still quite a bit more I think.

Regarding other carriers, LHR would also be much more, with BA operating a daily 777 + 767 service, and BMI 2 daily A330's, and Easyjet starting 6 times a week, although during high season it can occour that CDG should have more flights, on average London - TLV is still a much busier route than CDG - TLV

I do agree with you.
During low season, CDG can be down to 2 flights, and sometimes, "at worst", only a 762 and a 757...
During very low season, LHR can served by a 772 and a 762, and STN (now LTN) by a 738 (sometimes 73G)
Although in France, you can add MRS...

1)Lets not forget that in mainland Europe, you have many ELAL destinations not too far from each other, CDG, BRU, AMS, FRA, SXP, MRS, and many more, while LHR although not too far seems to be a bit cut off than the rest of Europe.
2)Am I right to assume that LHR see's many more connecting passengers than CDG?
