As a greek-australian i find Ben Gurion airport to be pretty efficient -apart from the necessary security checks entering and leaving,it overall a pleasureable experience - compare Ben Gurion with Sydney or JFK or even that revolting Zuerich Flughafen and Im sure you know what I mean! I was on a flight in biz on LH from JFK to TLV via MUC -bag broken - Laufer Aviation fixed me up in 5 minutes with a report and number to call - 2 days layer I have a brands new Delsey bag to replace my Delsey ABS bag -I applaud the ground Laufer Aviation, Lufthansa and the baggage repair company Shay Levahim Ltd for their efficency and understanding - Let many other airlines (revolting schweeeeeeezer Swiss in particular) and ground service agencies learn a lesson ;)
