... has some really great deals. However, selecting "Sydney Int'l Airport" or "Sydney city" gives me different T&C than "Sydney Airport"; specifically, mileage restrictions. Under the latter, I am confined to 200 km/day in "Country locations" and 100 km/day in "Rural locations" while the former gives me unlimited miles. Anyone have any clue what this means, and any explanation why these pickup locations would have different restrictions? I called the holidayautos people and spoke with a pleasant but unfortunately unhelpful agent who said that they are meant to support US citizens travelling to Europe.

I can only guess, but AFAIK Holidayautos is just a broker, i.e. does not operate its own fleet. The different T&Cs probably are due to the fact that the different stations you mentioned are operated by different rental car companies (with different T&Cs that Holidayautos essentially passes on to its customers).

Hi,
Just to let others know reading this, the website has been updated for clarity - with "metropolitan" locations that have unlimited mileage being named.
And correct - HA is a broker who aim to use the best suppliers around: in Australia for instance we have Thrifty and Red Spot.
Thanks!
