What is the best way to determine if a Hyatt location offers Regency or Grand Club lounge for diamonds? Also do all resorts offer the free breakafast for diamonds?

In order to determine whether or not there is a RC or GC at a property, the best way is probably take a look at the property's web page at www.hyatt.com (or find the link in the "property index" sticky above). However, to correctly determine whether or not its actually operating on the date / time of your stay and the Club is important to you, contact the property - this is since many Clubs are closed during non-peak periods (days or even weeks / months).
Diamonds always get breakfast in the Club lounge if one is operating or in the restaurant if there is no lounge.
