Qatar Airways Privilege Club - Assign Business Seating online?

Hi Mad ea booking today online -browser problems so I couldnt do the seat choice - refereshing browser confirme dmy booking - any way to assigne Business seats? Or is the only way to do via a Qatar office

Same thing happened to me when we flew LGW to BKK at Christmas,phoned QR office at LGW and they sorted it .
I'm not sure it was anything to do with my browser? my wife has need of wheelchair assistance at the airports and I think that disallowed me from selecting seats when booking.

thanks - I think Ill do the same when I arrive in Athens Ill contact QR direct in athens to do seat assignment
