I went to wyndhamrewards.com this morning to submit a second missing stay request because I got no response (save an automated one) to my last request. I could not log in with my email address (not changed in years), the site did not recognize my WR# when I requested a new password. The site now says log in with your WR# or email address even though I used to log in with a user name. The site doesn't recognize any of the three.
Any ideas or do I have to deal with their 800 number... hoping not to have to do that as the last time was an exercise in futility.
