Wyndham Rewards (formerly TripRewards) - New website... I'm no longer recognized ???

I went to wyndhamrewards.com this morning to submit a second missing stay request because I got no response (save an automated one) to my last request. I could not log in with my email address (not changed in years), the site did not recognize my WR# when I requested a new password. The site now says log in with your WR# or email address even though I used to log in with a user name. The site doesn't recognize any of the three.

Any ideas or do I have to deal with their 800 number... hoping not to have to do that as the last time was an exercise in futility.

I'm still able to log in at wyndhamrewards.com with the user name I created. I did not have the option to use my e-mail address or my WR number on the front page. Are you using wyndhamrewards.com or another address?

When I went to wyndhamrewards.com yesterday the look and feel had changed. Now it is back to the usual layout and I can log in. Perhaps they were testing a beta site (it was 5 in the morning when I tried to log on). I was able to get in and now I will send my second request over.
