Anyone have experience with Omni's best rate guarantee?
The T&Cs do not allow "wholesale sites" to qualify for the guarantee. Anyone have any idea what a wholesale site could be? It is apparently a different category from opaque sites. Would Quikbook.com be a wholesale site?
