With the Brussels Airlines Privilege programme being folded into the Lufthansa Miles & More programme, there is a good MR point transfer opportunity in those countries where Privilege is a MR partner (several European countries, AFAIK).
MR points convert to Privilege points 1:1 and Privilege points will convert to M&M miles also 1:1 -> i.e. you will have a 1:1 conversion ratio into M&M miles, which is excellent, especially for Gold and higher card holders who earn 1.5 points per Euro.
I am transferring my roughly 120.000 MR points to M&M via this route and can then using the points for two *A business class tickets from Finland to Kenya or Tanzania, which is a pretty sweet deal (80.000 k€ in spending -> award worth 5000-7000 €).
The transfer must be made no later than October 24.
