I'm flying into PDX tomorrow, and for meetings in Wilsonville the next 2 days. I'm staying over the weekend, and will fly out on Monday evening.

PDX is sold out of cars online for tomorrow. I currently have a Silverado at $108 a day. A big truck is not my ideal business car, and with taxes the rental is approx $500.

I can take a cab to Wilsonville, the office is directly across the street from my hotel.

My question is: which car rental agency near Wilsonville would have the best rates to rent a car in Wilsonville and to drop it off at PDX? Does anyone have other suggestions?

Wilsonville has an ERAC and in Tigard there is one too. Are you in town for IPNC? Call and see if they have something there. (503) 685-9898 for the branch.

They have vehicles available (I work for an insurance company and used our insurance search function). Based upon $100/day for a truck versus maybe 60.00 each way for a van to Wilsonville you may just save some money. The rates I pulled were again, insurance rates, so check online. Good luck.

Thank you. I was uncertain of the one-way charge for picking up the EAR in Wilsonville. If the charge were posted online I would have used them.

Dollar had 2 mid-sized cars available when I landed (they were out of stock online), and 1 other company had cars available at that moment- the rest were sold out.

I handed over my License and Credit card to Dollar. I balked a bit at the price ($490 or so for an Impreza, Toyota $100 more) and they gave me a car at the online rate.

Thank you for checking.
