Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - TK first class - how to book the car service/reserve seats

Hi all, does anyone have a good number for TK to speak to about the car transfers and seat assignment in F? I tried the UK number listed on their website but I could only get an agent who had no idea what I was talking about!

The car service is only available in IST and not at LHR. You should be met upon arrival - and they will take your return booking at that time too.

if i were you I would check if someone read your email and that the taxi request was received

the taxi is amazing - the nicest mercedez i ve ever seated in my life :) and my driver made it in 20 min from the city centre to ataturk :)

You should receive a response within a few hours - if not, then time to worry.
