Las Vegas - Summerlin Night Life?

I'm coming to the JW Marriot in a few weeks and wondering if Summerlin (or immediate surrounding areas) have any nightlife? Suggestions welcome.

Define nightlife. There's Cherry at Red Rock, which is a few minutes away. I work at the JW Marriott. You coming for business or pleasure?

I am there for a conference but will have a few days for pleasure as well. Hope to meet up a with a few buddies. Not sure they are gamblers like me.

All right, TS, since you work at the JW, I love the property but haven't found what I consider to be "nightlife" in the area. Dance clubs, to be specific. What do you recommend?

Sun Coast. Nice place full of locals. There is a dance club there. Also a 24-hr bowling alley. S/C is right across the golf course from the JW Marriott. We choose different properties every time we do Vegas and rent a car. The only exception is Sun Coast, for which we've stayed there several times. The dance club there is not one of those high-end clubs with bottle service and such.
