Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Problems booking TK business class to and from Russia

I was trying to book a ticket from Moscow to Istanbul with Turkish airlines in business class, but I think there is a problem with their site. When you try to book Moscow - Istanbul only economy fares show up. This also goes for St. Petersburg - Istanbul. BUT when you try to book a trip in business class originating in Istanbul (Istanbul - Moscow/St. Petersburg) the business fares do show up and you can select them.

Does anybody know why this is?

Just tried it myself and it works. Which dates are you looking at? I tried July 27th - 30th.

Well, when I try the dates you mention for SVO - IST business fares do show up indeed. But when I try LED - IST on the same dates only eco fares show up.

The dates I am looking for are 4 nov - 12 nov. If you use these dates both SVO/LED - IST do not show any business fares.

I think I have to give them a call and ask for the reason this happens...

Well, I gave them a call and the agent said that when there are no more seats available in business the fares don't show up. I always thought that when a class/fare was not available a '-' appeared in the upper section of the screen where all fares and classes are listed (above the area on their webpage where you can choose which flight you want).

Then she told me there was an error today with their site and that I should try again this evening. She checked it herself for the desired dates (LED - IST 4 november and IST - LED 11 november) and said that there were seats available in business class and they can be booked.

So, after that I tried it myself but again: no business class fares available on that route on those specific dates... very weird!

They have web customer service. If you like can mail webcustomer@thy.com they reply in min 1 max 2 days (in my experience)
