Hi, I'm travelling to SEA for a weekend to meet a friend. I'll get into SEA at 1030 and we're meeting around 1700 - is there a place downtown where I can store a bag while exploring the city a bit? I checked online with Amtrak but their station info does not list lockers.

I would be grateful for any tips on where to find some lockers.

Are you arriving on AMTRAK??

The Amtrak station still has an operating bag check but you must show a ticket to check bags.

You can also use the cruise terminal
The "Bell Street Pier Cruise Terminal" is also known as Pier 66.

I´ll be arriving on UA at the SEA, I just figured that the amtrak station would be further downtown. Will check the cruise terminal though. thanks!

If your a member of the Hyatt GP program, you should have no problem checking your bag for a few hours in at the Hyatt. We have 2 of them now, almost right across the street from each other. Make sure you have a tip in hand and it should not be an issue at all.

I live right in the hart of downtown, so if you need any advice or anything, let me know.

Will check the cruise terminal though. thanks! You could leave it at the airport and use the light rail to get downtown, then return to the airport and re-collect it. If you're staying at a hotel you could just take it there and drop it early. At the airport it's Ken's Baggage near the UA carousels. http://www.kensbaggage.com/

+ 1 Best option by far. ^

I have checked my bag at major hotel chain properties a few times, collected/presented my claim tag and tipped a dollar.
