Mornin' all. I rented a Budget car 5/1 - 5/5 with a promo for triple CO onepass miles. No miles have posted to my account.
I've called and left messages with budget, sent two emails and used their automated customer service email on the budget.com site. I am getting no response from anyone, and no miles have posted.
I called onepass and they tell me to contact budget.
Anyone have any words of wisdom on how I can get these miles?
Thanks!

did you provide your number at time of booking or at time of pickup?

Budget has been VERY BAD in given airline credit in recent months, even on the regular 50miles per day stuff. In May at the local in-town location, the owner told me they were told no more miles but he agreed to enter the FF number on contract anyway. No miles ever posted on that rental but since the rate was quite good, I would assume the rate was not eligible. We had another one day rental last Tuesday and have yet to see miles posted.
We normally use rental cars to keep inactive FF accounts alive. Avis still posts miles timely and correctly but their rates generally are 10% higher than Budget's.

If you browse other Budget threads, you'll find your complaint is not unique. Unbelievably, their customer service (or lack thereof), boilerplate responses (or non-responses) and unilateral statements that miles are simply no longer offered, continue. Your choices are either to roll over and forget about it, or let it dominate your existence and pester them "until the cows come home". In the future, you might choose to shop elsewhere, or if the rate is low enough, rent with the knowledge you'll probably never see your miles.
What's incredible, is how long this has been going on. For whatever reason, it remains unchanged. Hard to figure. Welcome to Budget rent a car.

Since Budget did not deliver what they promised, would it make sense for me to dispute the charge on my Amex? Seems reasonable to me.....
