From the Hilton HHonors site. Booked Hilton Garden Inn Palm Springs/Rancho Mirage today for an AI of $62.00 and some changed. Dates are check in July 24 and out July 25. Checked rate a few days ago and booked today. So the rate should be good to go.

I know it's hot there now but we've got some friends staying at a timeshare down there and it's a HHonors stay and we don't have to crash out on the pull out couch.
