Both BA and United fly non stop Denver to London,
Lufthansa direct to Frankfurt,

United and UX has several flights to various Canadian cities. I think Frontier may fly to a few cities in Canada as well. I expect that UA also has flights to Mexico.

British Airways flies nonstop to London and Lufthansa flies nonstop to Frankfurt.

UA flies non stop to LHR. Last year, they discontinued it in September and then started it again in the late spring.
