Has anyone been in T3 at LAX since VX revamped it? Just wondering how its looking and if they did a good job? Are you they going to make LAX a major hub with Pilot and FA bases there? or just a hub?

Yes, it's considerably nicer (though at peak hours when VX AND VA AND the AS gate are in operation, it can be a bit busy).
I know some VA FAs are SoCal based (talked to one), but don't know if they will have an actual pilot/FA base there. Since SFO is such a short distance away (a quick hop on a VX jet), not sure it makes sense.

when talking to the Service manager on my flight from lax - las, it did not sound like they had any major plans of expansion for at least the next year
