I tried this for 10,000 miles not posted yet. Apparently you must charge something and after that you get the miles. I charged no miles to date.

Just found out myself yesterday about having to charge to get the 10K. I'm on my way to find something to buy http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/smile.gif. They also offered a 5.9% for a year if I use their checks (no fee) or do a bal. trans. before June 15. Sounds like a great deal expecially since it was free for the first year. Try calling 800-678-4629 to see if they still offer it.
