Hi,
Does anyone fly Aeromexico frequently?
I frequently fly in and out of GDL, and I continue to be mystified by them - their website normally does not work, and when it does, their prices are a lot higher than Mexicana/AA/Continental/Interjet/whatever.
Despite this, they have flights to Europe/Asia that would be really convenient for me, and they have the new terminal in Mexico City. So it's not like they're going out of business or anything. It would also be really convenient for me to stick with SkyTeam.
So for frequent Aeromexico fliers -- what's the trick? Do you get your business to pay? Do you get good prices on the phone or with a travel agent? Are they as idiosynchratic as their web site?
