Other Hotel Programs - A Club Points - Question

Dear all

I had a reservation for 11 nights on an Accor Hotel.
Unfortunately I was unable to go to this hotel as I had so incontinences.

Since the rate was a prepaid rate I was unable to cancel the reservation.
Will I now be able to claim these points to A Club?
Anyone ever had this experience?

No, you only get points when you check inn at the hotel and "stay" there. This is not only an Acccor policy but also is the same with many other major hotel chains ...
