Hoping someone can help me with this situation. Looking to rent an SUV or Mini-Van in San Deigo for 7/16-7/21 (9pm). So far the best rate I can come up with is on Nationals site with the Contract ID# 5005946. Drops the rental rate for a standard SUV down from over $600 to about $400.
I just can't seem to find anywhere what this code is for.
Searched the forum and Google and all I could come up with was that someone called it the "default foreigner" code.
Has anyone used this contract ID# in the US with success? Does anyone know what this ID# is for?
