All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - ANA can't see my JAPAN domestic award reservation

I booked for my family's Japan domestic reservations using my miles.
When I called ANA USA office to make some requests, ANA rep did not find those reservations.
They said they use the different systems so only highly skilled reps can find those reservations.
That is not a good way to handle the reservation.
They found that my miles have been deducted, but they did not know where the miles went.
I asked the second agent and she could not find, and asked third agent, and she found our reservations finally without the delay, and said only skilled/trained rep could find those.

However, she said if we want to input any requests such as connecting information, I have to call ANA JAPAN office.

Yes, ANA reservations can be tricky. I am assuming from your info that you are in the USA. I get my domestic ANA reservations by going https://www.ana.co.jp/asw/wws/us/e/ and logging in, then viewing my reservations from the link on the left -- they always show up (although they are revenue tickets, not award). I am not sure what you mean by "connecting information", but if you have a 6 digit reservation code, it should show up. Domestic flights booked on the Japanese domestic site have a different res. code system. Good luck.
