Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Lounge access in CPT and JNB?

I'm wondering if anyone knows what lounge access THY Business class passengers get in when departing from Cape Town and stopping in Johannesburg? (CPT (stop in JNB) to IST) I'm also Star Alliance Gold, if that helps. I'm assuming its the SAA business lounge?

As a *G there is the SA lounge but I believe this is being refurnished, not sure what is used instead until it's finished.

For TK business I don't know - thy.com doesn't give any details for South Africa under http://www.thy.com/en-INT/destination_guides/index.aspx

In JNB, to my knowledge, you remain on the plane as TK does not have flying rights within SA.

If I am wrong, I would be interested to know as I am flying that route in a few months.

I believe you are correct. Since I first posted this, I have done a little more research and I believe we stay on the plane in JNB and just pick up passengers. So, my only lounge access would be in CPT, IST, and FRA.
