Seems either they're matching AC or AC is matching them as a similar 15% off code is available for AC (E2CBPN61, as described by michaelmk here (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-canada-aeroplan/970435-promo-code-canada-day-ac-15-off.html)). Hopefully someone can use either one of these.
Lots of 10-15% off codes lately but no great fares on my city pairs to use them yet.
