I rented a car at IBZ airport last week-end (26/28.06.2009) and several clients went to the parking´s Europcar´s agent to report a half full tank instead of a full one (service agreement states you must return it full) :eek:
When making my point while returning the car I have not been then surcharged (I had made them write and sign that it was half full) but how many just go without checking?
Happened to anyone else?
Wrote a diplomatic letter to Europcar but no reply so far.
