I have 143,000 Asia Miles that are due to expire in 2 days. Is there any way to extend them without paying the (enormous) fee or flying?

Flying wouldn't extend them (AM expiry is based simply on when they were earned, irrespective of activity). All you can do is make a redemption booking for some random ticket and then subsequently reroute it to something you want. Note that the reroute will have to be on the same airline as the original booking and that in any case the ticket must then be used within 12 months. There are also some fees for the reroute.

3 things you can do:

1) Request Asia Miles to extend them - this may work if you are a Marco Polo member.

2) Issue yourself a ticket for anytime within the next 12 months - ticket will be issued right away so your miles gone but travel to be completed within a year. To my knowledge you CAN change dates on the tickets without penalty as long as its within the year deadline.

3) Convert them into $$$$ - I know someone who'll buy them - send me a private message and I'll put you in touch with them.

the rerouting/rebooking fee is increased to sth like 100 USD (or 50USD? I've read 100 USD here but I remember being quoted by an AM agent for 50USD)

You should be able to extend the miles for a fee.
I also know someone who buys asia miles.
Where can i find the new fees starting in August?

Where can i find the new fees starting in August?Had you considered the possibility that they might be on the AsiaMiles website (https://www.asiamiles.com/am/en/about/news/detail?refID=d8acb41f8b8a0210VgnVCM62000007d21c39R CRD)?
