I'm looking to sign up for the 30,000 + 5,000 bonus mile offer for Delta Gold SkyMiles Amex. Annual fee of $95 waived for the first year.

From what I've read, you can get 1 bonus for personal and 1 bonus for business. Should I:
1) Get both cards now.
2) Get personal now, wait 1 year til annual fee is due and then convert to non-fee card. Apply for business card then and start using it with no annual fee for the 2nd year.
Assume I will not pay an annual fee to hold this card, ever. The decision basically comes down to cashing in on bonuses now while I still can vs. holding a Gold Delta card for two years fee-free rather than just one. Benefits of this would be double miles on delta purchases for an extra year and that's about all I can think of.
There are always bonuses on these cards but this 30,000 + 5,000 is particularly juicy and may be worth forgoing a second year of fee-free holding.
What would you do?
