I think this is a mistake but I found it on Orbitz. The 5 Star Pierre Hotel on Central Park West has a rate of $12.23 per night on Orbitz. I found it for August 15 to 16. Not sure what other dates are availible. A check of the hotel's website shows the same room for $679 so it'll be interesting to see how long this lasts.

it seems to be sporadic, i looked for Aug 5th and it was $14, but aug 6th and 4th was ~$600. i'd look more, but orbitz runs slow for me for some reason, and i have no real reason or ability to get to NY

looked a little more... and on the 5th... every suite was $15-16 as well!!!:-:

Just tried a bunch of nights. All of them re-price. :(

Are the people finding it with 1 person or 2 in the room?

ETA: the 19th is not even showing the $14 to start for me right now.

"This hotel no longer has any rates available for the dates selected. Please select a different hotel or try again later."

Got this message from now till middle of October. I think they caught this and pulled all their rates from Orbitz. You could always still book at the hotel's own web site for $595.

of course it is. the question is whether the deal is going to be honored if you were early enough to get in.

I have stayed at this hotel and you really aren't missing anything at approx. 600 US....at 12.23 US...you are missing a lot!! My company paid approx. 450 US/night for me to stay there 3 nights a few years back.....I was embarrassed that they were spending that for the room I had.....and it wasn't even my money.
