Booked a double using 2-4-1 rate.
Great location; easy to find along street full of restaurants and tabak shops. Close to Paddington station, easy to take a train to Bath.
Check-in
Very smooth. Hotel staff are so refreshingly candid about the hotel being new and having some teething problems. None of that uppity facade here, which was good. They were also very helpful with the luggages.
Room
Well appointed room more than make up for the size. Very nicely done up with wallpaper backdrop and eclectic colors. You can see pics in tripadvisor.com. Empty, functioning fridge and the best of all, FREE wifi connection if you use your own laptop. The reception will give you the access code upon check-in.
Full, possible PC points posted. Only hotel that sent a post-stay email survey.
