I tried to use both and get double rewards. When I registered my card with Rewards Network it deleted the same card from MP Dining. Any way around this?

No, of course not. Mileage Plus Dining is a program of Rewards Network. RN doesn't allow registration of a particular credit card in more than one Rewards Network program simultaneously!
