I got the Hilton AMEX earlier this year to get the bonmus points for enrollment, and can't find my copy of the details of getting the bonus points awarded to see that I've gotten all I should. Does anyone have the details or a link to the promotion still?
It was something like 30k points for initial charge, 10k points after 4 stays etc.
So far they screwed up and gave me a new account rather than using the one I put on my enrollment materials, and claim they won't grandfather some of the missed bonuses on my existing account (like they are making me start over on some part of the 4 stay count which no matter I'll get 4 more stays, but the point is they screwed up and I should have the points already).
I did combine the acount when I got my first statement with the new account number but all they did is transfer over existing points but would not credit activity towards the stay goals. I could argue harder (ugh) but will get it anyway.
