Stayed here a few weeks ago during my son's basketball tournament. This is a Cat 1 hotel on the HH website. Like many properties in general in Westminster, it looks and feels old. The beds were new and quite comfortable, flat screen TV, but overall, the property was nothing to get excited about. Narrow, dark hallways, an overcrowded breakfast buffet area, pool closed due to maintenance issues. I've previously stayed at the DoubleTree hotel right around the corner from this hotel and, while it is also somewhat dated, it is a much more relaxed feeling place. The HI is a good deal if you're looking for a cheap reward stay and you don't plan on spending much time in your room. The new beds and free breakfast (with the usual limitations of "hot" breakfast at HIs) make good use of your points if you're looking for a budget stay.

Agreed. Kind of an old property, as a Cat 1 you get what you pay for. I did get an UG to a corner room, but the windows were dirty and the AC didn't work. In fact, I'm working with the DD with an issue I had with the AC not working as the GM of the property didn't answer my email.

Pool was pretty nice - in general you can't beat a Cat 1 hotel. Not a bad location to the Front Range either.

OP is right, good "budget stay" with pretty consistent Hampton Inn amenities.
