Cathay Pacific Asia Miles - MP to Raise fees for re-issuing award tickets?

I heard that MP wil soon raise fees for re-issuing award tickets. Is that true? And do we know if there are other changes?

How? Simple. They realized they don't have to justify it and the customers will just to take it or leave it.
